AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th day of October, <br />32014, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />4 <br />5The following members were present: and the following were absent: . <br />6 <br />7Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />9 <br />10 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />11 <br />2014 ASSESSMENTS FOR CITY PROJECT P-ST-SW-W-13-02: <br />12 <br />COUNTY ROAD D RECONSTRUCTION, BETWEEN LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />13 <br />AND VICTORIA STREET <br />14 <br />15 <br />16WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met <br />17and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for City Project P-ST- <br />18SW-W-13-02: County Road D Reconstruction, between Lexington Avenue and Victoria <br />19Street; <br />20 <br />21NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />22Minnesota: <br />23 <br />241.The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for City Project <br />25ST-SW-W-13-02 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby <br />26has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in <br />27accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and <br />28notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would <br />29meet to hear, consider, and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed <br />30assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an <br />31opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, <br />32to such proposed assessments. <br />332.This Council, having heard and considered all objections so presented, and being fully <br />34advised in the premises, finds that each of the lots, pieces, and parcels of land <br />35enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specifically benefited by the <br />36construction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the assessment set <br />37opposite the description of each such lot, piece, and parcel of land, respectively, and <br />38such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces and <br />39parcels of land therein. <br />
