AttachmentA EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 6th day of October, 32014, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 4 5The following members were present: and the following were absent: . 6 7Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 RESOLUTION No. 9 10 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING 11 2014 ASSESSMENTS FOR CITY PROJECT P-ST-SW-W-13-02: 12 COUNTY ROAD D RECONSTRUCTION, BETWEEN LEXINGTON AVENUE 13 AND VICTORIA STREET 14 15 16WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met 17and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for City Project P-ST- 18SW-W-13-02: County Road D Reconstruction, between Lexington Avenue and Victoria 19Street; 20 21NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 22Minnesota: 23 241.The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for City Project 25ST-SW-W-13-02 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby 26has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in 27accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and 28notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would 29meet to hear, consider, and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed 30assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an 31opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, 32to such proposed assessments. 332.This Council, having heard and considered all objections so presented, and being fully 34advised in the premises, finds that each of the lots, pieces, and parcels of land 35enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specifically benefited by the 36construction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the assessment set 37opposite the description of each such lot, piece, and parcel of land, respectively, and 38such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces and 39parcels of land therein.
