After careful consideration, we are, at this time, <br />withdrawing our request for Council approval of our proposed parking lot expansion. <br /> <br />We agree that a long-term solution is needed to resolve our parking situation, and we also agree <br />that our neighbors should have input into that solution. We continue to evaluate our options and <br />our currently having dialogue with Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for additional rented off-site <br />parking. It is our contention, however, that a long-term solution may involve more than one <br />alternative, but one option remains to develop our property within the ordinances of the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />I would like to thank you and Mayor Wahl for your offer of assistance in reviewing our options. <br />We would also like to thank Meredith Cable for their understanding and willingness to continue <br />our lease through the winter months. <br /> <br />I look forward to continuing to work with you and our neighbors to find a long-term solution to <br />our problem. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />JM)t1 - t2--. <br /> <br />Todd M.
