<br />3/-?-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />METRO DIVISION <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding between <br />The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation <br />and the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />RE: Construction improvements to the Metro Division Headquarters Building <br />(Water's Edge) located at 1500 West County Road B2, City of Roseville <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding is made by and between the State of Minnesota, <br /> <br />Department of Transportationt hereinafter referred to as the "State" and City of <br /> <br />Rosevillet Minnesota, acting by and through its City Council, hereafter referred to as the <br /> <br />"City". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State has embarked upon the process for construction <br /> <br />improvements at the Waterts Edge Building site, including the addition of parking <br /> <br />spaces, pond expansion and a new building, the City has agreed to issue all necessary <br /> <br />permits to expedite the process. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, it is the intent of the City and the State to identify City issues that <br /> <br />may impact future use of the property as a result of the construction improvements. <br /> <br />Article I - Non-finding Memorandum of Understanding <br /> <br />1.
