<br />~ <br /> <br />In response to the identified issues: <br /> <br />The State has requested the City to vacate this portion of the street (County <br />Road B) identified as Parcell on the attached Exhibit A to eliminate any encroachments. <br /> <br />The State will address any ponding issues that the City, MnDNR or Rice Creek <br />Watershed deems necessary. <br /> <br />The State acknowledges the issue of future parking needs if a new Highway <br />36jSnellingjCounty Road B interchange were constructed. However, the State cannot <br />bind itself to any mitigation or identification of problems that do not currently exist or <br />are not clearly identified and may not actually happen.
