Present Use qlProperty <br /> <br />Primarily vacant, an abandoned service station occupies the comer of the site. A small <br />office/workshop is located along Roselawn <br /> <br />8. Proposed Use qlProperty: <br /> <br />A mixed use development of a three story office / professional building on the westerly half of <br />the site (the VSI development) and a three story 22 unit apartment building designed to be <br />accessible to and supportive of persons with mobility impairments that have created a physical <br />disability on the easterly half of he site (the ASI development), see attached Narrative. <br /> <br />9. Neighborhood Meeting: Applicant's requesting a planned unit development of property in <br />Roseville, are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting. This meeting should take place <br />prior to the Planning Commission's "Concept PUD" consideration to afford insight into the <br />outcome of the neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />A Neighborhood Meeting was conducted on Thursday, January 24,2002, at Roseville City Hall. <br />Notice of the meeting was sent to all owners within the radius suggested by City Staff. <br /> <br />14. Required Property Owner Notice: State Law requires published notice in a city's local paper a <br />minimum of 10 days prior to a public hearing. State law also requires notice be mailed to <br />property owners within 350 of the effected property. Both notices are prepared by the City of <br />Roseville; however, the applicant is responsible for providing the City with a certified list, <br />including two sets of mailing address labels of adjacent property owners within 350 feet of the <br />subject property. Applicants have three options available to obtain the <br />certified/abstractor's list. The first option is to request the information from Ramsey <br />County Property Records; the second option is to request the information from a Title <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
