Except as noted. the followine information must be submitted for all applications: A. Narrative: A written narrative must be provided in support of an application for a conditional use permit. The narrative must fully describe the proposed development, with particular attention to any modifications and limitations of the use that have been made to insure its compatibility with surrounding uses, the purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance, and the Comprehensive Plan. B. Proposed plans (10 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is required. Such drawings shall be 8-l/2"xll" or 11 "x17"or PDF digital format. 16. Application Process: A completed application, applicable fee(s), and all accompanying documents are to be submitted for review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). 17. Tentative Action Process: All applications are reviewed by the Development Review Committee for completeness and an applicant is notified in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax within 10 calendar days after an application is submitted. All accepted applications will be forwarded to the Roseville Planning Commission for consideration. Attached is the tentative schedule for Planning Commission consideration and City Council Action, as well as other deadlines. 18.
