(PF 3224) <br /> <br />Manager Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br />1.1 The City of Roseville has requested approval of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br />Amendment toe "HR" (High Density Residence) for the 37,000 square foot area known <br />as the Accessible Space Handicapped Housing site. The site is currently designated <br />partially for "LD" Low Density Residential and partially for "B" Business uses. A <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying "R-3" Multi-Family Residential District is <br />proposed on the site. <br /> <br />1.2 Project Review History. <br /> <br />. Sketch Plan reviewed by Planning Commission on January 2, 2002. <br />. Application submitted on January 24, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: PUD Public Hearing Recommendation - February 6, 2002. <br />. City Council Action on PUD Concept Plan - March 4, 2002. <br />· Planning Commission: Compo Plan Public Hearing and Recommendation - March 6, <br />2002 <br />· City Council Action on Comprehensive Plan and Concept Plan - March 25,2002 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />2.1 The Roseville Planning Commission will hold a hearing on March 6, 2002, regarding a <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment toe "HR" (High Density Residence) for the <br />37,000 square foot area known as the Accessible Space Handicapped Housing site.
