Why this issue has again been turned back to the Planning Commission?

2. Concerns regarding the ground contamination. What tests have been performed? What the reports found?
What if any limitation there are for development due to present contamination?

3. If the housing unit is Federally subsidized now, what is the long term picture? What qualification did it have to
meet in order to receive the subsidy?

4. The overall size of the buildings in proportion to the land size. Concerned that it may give the same
appearance as the Cryogenics building. Too much building for the land space.

I, along with some of my neighbors do plan on attending the Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday
evening.

Could you also advise me just where on the agenda this issue is.

Thank you

Lois Forsblad
1057 Harriet Lane West
Roseville, MN 55113
651-489-2913
lfgagel057@msn.com

05/02/2002
