Is the zero setback appropriate? <br />Member Olson: Expressed concern, recommended a ten feet from right-of- <br />way. Being on an intersection makes a difference and the building must <br />be adjusted for traffic triangle. <br /> <br />Deb Bloom explained sidewalk setbacks. <br /> <br />Chair Duncan asked if the developer could respond to the impact of the <br />project with such a change. Member Mulder asked not to discuss fiscal <br />impact issue. <br /> <br />Member Traynor stated he favored the project and accepted the setback. <br />
