<br />9.24 Address Signage. Beginning at each entrance from a public street and leading to the private <br />streets within the Park, the developer shall post address directories with the range of <br />addresses within each private street. For life safety purposes, lettering of address ranges on <br />the directory signage shall be 6 inches in height and of reflective materials. <br /> <br />9.25 Lighting. Lighting for private streets parking lots shall be pole mounted, of a downcast, <br />cutoff type, concealing the light source from view and preventing glare. Lighting of building <br />exteriors shall be limited to the front of the building. Security lighting shall be allowed. <br />Lighting shall also be consistent throughout the development and meet the lighting <br />requirements of Section 10 10.12 of the City Code. <br /> <br />9.26 Improvement Schedule. Construction of improvements listed in Exhibit G shall commence <br />within the year scheduled unless an alternative improvement plan is filed and approved by <br />the Community Development Director.
