These updates are have been highlighted and require you to initial them. <br /> <br />The updates to the agreement include modifications to, the text relating to <br />$ections 9.7, 9.10 and 9.11, as well as a reference to the date of the final version of <br />the Master Plan (noted as September 11,2002). The map has also been attached to <br />each copy of the agreement. <br /> <br />The PUD Agreement will be ready for signature by the City once the life-safety, <br />building and energy futility code compliance issues have been inspected and <br />subsequently meet state statute requirements as well as those conditions defined <br />in the agreement.
