<br />5.2 By motion, recommend approval (denial) of a zero driveway setback variance from <br />Section 703.04B2 and 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code for property located at <br />201 McCarrons Street, allowing construction of a driveway curb (two to four inches <br />in height) and subject to the findings of the Planning Commission and the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />A. Provision of a drainage plan that directs water to the south, toward the street, <br />not on to the neighboring lot. <br /> <br />B. Elimination of the eastern driveway and replacement of the area with sod and <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; survey; and photos of parcel. <br />60-day Time Limit: Application received and accepted on May 25, 2000.
