At the <br />regular meeting of July 24, 2000, the Council approved your request by Resolution 9795, <br />an executed copy of which is enclosed, and by the following motion: <br /> <br />"Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, by resolution, to approve the request for <br />the vacation of a 20-foot wide utility and drainage easement lying between Lot 3 <br />and Lot 4, Block 1, Partridge Industrial Park, 2965 Partridge Road, based upon <br />the findings outlined in Section 3.1-3.4 of the project report dated July 12, 2000.
