D. 2001 <br />at 01:45 oclock PM <br />-County R;;rder <br /> <br />~~gu~DrtJV !I\UtJrrO;~1 <br />2:: - ('-1- 2-0'" L . <br />r-,,'-,~#'''''~''''';1;.'\1''':C~'--'-':'''''''''''''''~'=-=' ~ <br /> <br /> <br />~y <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF T~OPY <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 24th day of July 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Wiski <br /> <br />Council Member Kysyl;yczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9795 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT FOR CARLSON LAVINE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2965 <br />PARTRIDGE ROAD (PF3235) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Carlson LaVine has requested the vacation of a 20 foot wide utility and <br />drainage easement lies on property at 2965 Partridge Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Carlson LaVine are the owner's of property located at 2965, Partridge Road, <br />legally described as Lot 4 and lot 5, Block 1, Partridge Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Engineering Department has reviewed its records and <br />determined the easement is no longer necessary. Further, the Engineering Department has <br />determined that no utility company is currently using the easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the property is surrounded with utility and drainage easements that are used <br />to disburse city and private utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Carlson- LaVine owns two lots divided by the easement and needs the <br />unused easement vacated to develop the property with an office, warehouse, and contractor <br />
