<br />., <br /> <br />storage facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the vacation will not require the relocating of any utility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the request <br />and recommended (7-0) to approve the request for vacation of a 20-foot wide utility and drainage <br />easement (legal description attached) lying between Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, Partridge <br />Industrial Park, 2965 Partridge Road, based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 - 3.4 of <br />project report dated July 12,2000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on Monday, July 24; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the request by Carlson LaVine <br />for the vacation of a 20-foot wide utility and drainage easement (legal description attached) lying <br />between Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, Partridge Industrial Park, 2965 Partridge Road, based on the <br />findings outlined in Section 3.1 - 3.4 of this report be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
