<br />(f) <br /> <br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279. fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />July 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Ms. Gail Rae Anderson <br />1858 Hamline Avenue North <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request/or Variance/rom Required Lot Coverage <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Anderson: <br /> <br />This letter confirms the Roseville City Council's action, of July 24,2000, relative to your request <br />for a variance from the required lot coverage to increase the coverage from 30% to 39.5%. The <br />Council, further, denied your request for a conditional use permit to construct a detached garage <br />greater than the allowable (40%) rear yard area. <br /> <br />An executed copy of Resolution #9797, as approved July 24th by the Council, is enclosed for <br />your files. For your information following are the motions set forth, and approved, by the <br />Council: <br /> <br />"Maschka moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, approval of the variance for the required lot coverage of the <br />residential lot, 30%, as requested by Reichenbach/Anderson based on the following: those items set out in <br />the Planning Commission report, therefore, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />request of the variance to increase the residential lot size from 30% to 39.5% (allowing up to 750 square <br />feet for the garage)." <br /> <br />--- and --- <br /> <br />"Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to deny the request by Reichenbach/Anderson for a conditional use <br />pennit to construct an accessory building (detached garage) greater than the allowable (40%) rear yard area <br />for the property located at 1858 Hamline Avenue based on the findings from the Planning Commission and <br />the additional findings of the City Council." <br /> <br />If you have any questions relative to the Council's actions, please call me at 651.490.2232. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Dennis P.
