<br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed interim use of the property for temporary classrooms <br />have an impact on parks, streets and other public facilities. The modular unit will be co <br />to City sanitary sewer and water main, and other private utilities. The Engineering Dep <br />is working with Family Academy's engineers to determine the most advantageous way t <br />connect to utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed interim use of the property for the eight temporary cl <br />will be compatible with contiguous properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed interim use of the property for temporary classrooms <br />have an adverse impact on the market value of contiguous properties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed interim use of the property for temporary classrooms <br />have an adverse impact on the general public health, safety and welfare; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed interim use of the property for temporary classrooms' <br />consistent with the City of Roseville's interim use standards; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed modular unit being located on a portion of the existin <br />lot has no additional impervious area, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing on this <br />on July 12, 200, and found no specific issues with the proposed interim use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission recommended (7-0) to approve the request by Fa ily <br />Academy Charter School to allow a temporary modular school facility in the southeaste <br />portion of the Advent Lutheran Church parking lot, subject to: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The modular unit being located in the southeast corner of the eastern parkin <br />a 10 foot minimum clear area around the structure. <br /> <br />The modular unit nut exceediug eight classruums ur a size uf 126 feet hy 68 ~eet ur <br />8,568 square feet.
