The Interim Use Permit having a termination date of June 11,2003. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on Monday, July 24; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council determined the Planning Commission's <br />to a true and accurate basis for granting the requested interim use permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of <br />ofRoseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the request by Fa ily <br />Academy Charter School for a interim use permit to allow a temporary modular school fl cili III <br />the southeast corner of the eastern parking lot of Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamlin <br />A venue be approved, subject to the above conditions stipulated by the Roseville Plannin <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by C unc'l <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Masc <br />Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
