No need for watershed or storm water management due to placement of unit on the parking lot <br />area. <br /> <br />2. Wet tap the water is okay per Deb Bloom. Services for both are okay. Will need a clean out if <br />unit is longer than 100' - 0". <br /> <br />3. Capacity is the question when ties are into the existing unit. Contact Dan Munson. <br />4. Don Munson for SAC change. No WAC is needed, no PAC is needed. <br />5. Need to talk with John Loftus on fire marshal issues. <br /> <br />6. A permanent building or addition may be added to the Advent Church site in the future. <br /> <br />7. K-4 will be inside the Advent Church building. 5-8 and multi-purpose will be in the modular. <br /> <br />8. The church will be deciding on the expansion within a year or so. <br /> <br />9. The interim use permit requires a re-hearing if the school will request an extension to the 3- <br />year permit. <br /> <br />10. Utilities will be tied to the church or directly to the street. The civil engineer will determine. <br /> <br />11. Signage will be on the temporary message board in front of the church. Signage on the <br />existing school should be permanent. No banners are permitted in Roseville. About 75 sf of <br />signage is permitted. <br /> <br />12. Fifteen teachers will be the maximum amount on the site. <br /> <br />13. Parking for the church is sufficient, about 200 spots exist. <br /> <br />14. Connection to local cable may serve for Roseville schools and this could work for Family <br />Academy for cable TV and internet.
