S -0 \ \A -"'-. ~ V"\. . <br /> <br />-\-1 \-<-- <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th day of August 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Council Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9809 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />MINNESOTA WALDORF SCHOOL TO ALLOW A TEMPORARY OFFICE TRAILER <br />LOCA TED AT THE CATHOLIC COMMUNITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, <br />2131 FAIRVIEW AVENUE. (PF3241) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Waldorf School has requested an interim use permit to allow the <br />placement of a temporary office trailer at the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A states: the City Council may authorize an interim use <br />permit of property. Interim use may not be consistent with the land uses designated on the <br />adopted Land Use Plan. They may also fail to meet all ofthe zoning standards established for <br />the district within which it is located; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09B states: the City Council may attach conditions to interim <br />use permits. In reviewing interim use permit applications, the City will establish a specific date <br />or event that will terminate the use on the property. The Council will also determine that the <br />approval of the interim use would not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety and <br />general welfare, and that it will not impose additional costs on the public if it is necessary for the <br />public to take the property in the future; and <br /> <br />I <br />
