<br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Waldorf School is currently constructing a school facility on <br />County Road "B" in Maplewood, which facility will be available in January 2001 at such time <br />the Minnesota Waldorf School will vacate the Corpus Christi site: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, spatial needs for additional classrooms has resulted in the need to provide a <br />temporary office to be used by the School Administrator, Office Manager, and Enrollment <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Waldorf School has requested approval of a temporary trailer <br />north of the school wing and west of the parking lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing to consider the <br />Minnesota Waldorf School request and recommended (5-0) approval of the interim use <br />permit, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on any existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />2. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> <br />3. That the temporary office trailer include safety skirting around the base of the trailer. <br /> <br />4. The interim use permit shall expire one year after the date of City Council approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />ofRoseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that an interim use <br />permit to allow the placement of a temporary office trailer adjacent (north) the school <br />wing and west of the parking lot of Corpus Christi Church, 2131 Fairview Avenue be <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the temporary office trailer be approximately 10 feet by 44 feet in size. <br /> <br />2. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on any existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />3. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> <br />4. That the temporary office trailer include safety skirting around the base of the trailer. <br /> <br />5. The interim use permit shall expire on August 28, 200 I. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Wiski, Mastel, <br />Maschka, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
