<br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />6.1 By resolution, approve (deny) the request by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim <br />use permit to allow a temporary office trailer "Office B" adjacent the school entry and <br />the parking lot of the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue, for <br />a period of one year, based on findings in Section 3 of the project report and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on to any existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />B. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> <br />C.
