<br />contiguous properties and is only visible from the south with an obstructed view. <br /> <br />3.12 The proposed interim use of the property for temporary offices will not have an adverse <br />impact on the market value of contiguous properties. <br /> <br />3.13 The proposed interim. use of the property for temporary offices will not have an adverse <br />impact on the general public health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />3.14 The proposed interim use of the property for temporary offices is consistent with the City <br />of Rose vi lie's interim use standards. <br /> <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the information provided in this project report, staff recommends approval of <br />an interim use permit to allow a temporary office trailer "Office B" adjacent the school <br />entry and the parking lot of the Catholic Community of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview <br />Avenue, for a period of one year, based on findings in Section 3 of the project report and <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />A. That the interim use permit shall expire one year after the date of City Council <br />approval. <br /> <br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />5.1 On August 9, 2000, the Roseville Planning Commission held the hearing on the request <br />by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary office <br />structure on the Corpus Christi property. At the hearing no citizens addressed the <br />Commission regarding the request. The Commission had questions regarding the <br />trailer's placement on the property, size of the trailer, and safety skirting of the trailer <br />base. <br /> <br />5.2 The Planning Commission voter (5-0) to recommend approval ofthe request by <br />Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to allow a temporary office trailer <br />"Office B" adjacent the school entry and the parking lot of the Catholic Community of <br />Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue, for a period of one year, based on findings in <br />Section 3 of the project report and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. That the temporary office trailer not encroach on to any existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />B. That the temporary office trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. <br /> <br />C.
