The specifics of your request required the DRC <br />to consider a six foot encroachment into the required 30 foot rear yard setback. <br /> <br />The DRC recommended approval of your request to construct the three season porch 24 feet <br />from your rear property line, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The three season porch being limited to a maximum rear yard setback of 24 feet from <br />property line. <br /> <br />B. Prior to building permit issuance, property comer pins must be located or a survey <br />provided validating the required setbacks from the east property line. <br /> <br />I have reviewed the DRC recommendations and approve your setback permit request with the <br />stipulated conditions.
