August 3. 2000. at 3:30 f).m.. in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Susan Bruhn, 1983 Cleveland Avenue, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />replacement of a porch with an up graded three season porch approximately 10 feet by 17 feet on <br />the back of the existing house, requiring a 6 foot encroachment into the required 30' rear yard <br />setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
