Apparently, neighbors to this facility bave expressed opposition. To <br />some extent, this opposition could be mitigated by requiring that all patrons, when <br />leaving the gambling operations at this site, exit onto Snelling, rather than going back <br />through Oakcrest Avenue, which is a residential neighborhood, to Fairview Avenue. <br />Keeping the gambling in its current location, particularly if the traffic problem could be <br />mitigated as suggested, would seem like the best option.
