We can expand a currently existing building or build an <br />entirely new facility. In addition, Rice Street provides significant traffic flow. The lots <br />are on existing bus lines and are easily accessible from Interstate I-35E and Highway 36. <br />Also, as mentioned in the attached letter to Tom Paschke, the property is zoned B-3, <br />which is the least restrictive zoning class. If it was desirable, it would be possible to <br />obtain a liquor license and we could almost certainly have bingo sessions which extended <br />well beyond the II :00 p.m. time limit which you will apparently have if the Hamline <br />Center Bingo Hall is approved. <br /> <br />Please consider this as a real possibility.
