<br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 On September 13, the Roseville Planning Commission held the hearing regarding the <br />Mickelson request. At the hearing no citizens addressed the Commission expressing support <br />or opposition for the request. <br /> <br />5.2 The Commission had a number of questions regarding the proposal, mainly dealing with <br />clarification of the requested variances. <br /> <br />5.3 The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request by Mr. Mickelson for <br />four variances from the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a 22 foot by 30 foot <br />detached accessory building at 2985 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />6.1 By motion, approve a resolution granting the variance to David Mickelson 2985 Lexington <br />Avenue, for a variance from Section 1016.22Al (Non-Conformities), Section 1016.26.Bl <br />(Storm Water Management), Section 1616.16 (Structure Design Standards), and Section <br />1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot <br />Area Requirements in R-l Districts), to construct a 22 foot by 30 foot (660 sq. ft.) detached <br />accessory building. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; aerial photo; site plan; and narrative. <br />60-day Time Limit: Application accepted on August 31, 2000; Decision deadline is October 30, 2000. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3255_Mickelson, David\RCA (092500).doc <br /> <br />PF323255 - RCA (092500) Page 4 of 4 <br />
