<br />(V <br /> <br />October 2,2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Maser <br />2916 Woodbridge Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for a conditional Use Permit (for detached garage) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Maser: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the Roseville City Council, at its meeting of <br />September 25, 2000, approved your request for a Conditional use Permit to construct a 42 <br />x 24 foot (1008 square feet) detached garage (considered an accessory structure) on your <br />property at 2916 Woodbridge Street. <br /> <br />The Council action was as follows: <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the resolution for a conditional use <br />permit to Dick Maser to allow construction of a 1,008 square foot detached <br />accessory building (garage) adjacent to the north property line at 2916 <br />Woodbridge Street, based on the findings in Section 3 and the conditions <br />stipulated in Section 4 of the project report. <br /> <br />This Council action was taken through adoption of Resolution No. 9817, a copy of <br />which is attached for your records (a fully signed copy will be sent to you at a later date). <br />Please note the conditions of approval as outlined on page two of the Resolution (A <br />through H).
