Paschke. Thomas

From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:

Christine Parenteau [paren009@tc.umn.edu]
Monday, October 09, 2000 11: 18 AM
thomas. paschke@ci.roseville.mn.us
2916 Woodbridge Property

Hi Thomas!
I am a neighbor of Dick and Jan Maser. I just wanted to drop you a line to
say that we (Dave LeRoux - my fiance) and I, have no objection to the
building of their new garage. We live directly across Woodbridge at 2915.
I do want to ask for some help from you regarding a relevant issue. As you
probably know, Dick and Jan will be removing their old garage from their
property. They have offered to let us have their old garage if we move it
from their property to ours. Here are our concerns:

Where on our property can we move it to?
What is the process for going about such a move?
Are you the person who takes care of permits, etc?

I'm sure there are some questions that I am leaving out. I know they will
begin the building process soon. Dick has informed us that they will want
to keep the old garage in use until the new one is complete. We just aren't
sure of the appropriate measures we need to take in getting the garage, and
whether or not it will be worth our while. Related to the location concern,
we have a deck on the back side of our house, and we were thinking that
because our driveway comes in off of Maple that we would have to put a
garage where our deck is and move the deck to the side of the house. Are
there other options, say putting the garage parallel to the driveway, with
an extension of the drive way off to the left there? (I know that may sound
really confusing, but I can't draw so I'm trying to explain it in writing.)
Could you get back to me with any info you might have for clarification?
Thanks!
Chris Parenteau

Our phone number is: 482-9334 feel free to call if that is better for you!

1
