<br /> <br />September 1, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. George Paige <br />3000 Manson Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Paige: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville has reviewed your application for a Setback Permit and concluded that it <br />meets all the applicabl~ criteria to be process for a hearing, The City has also considered your <br />request for potentially completing the footing, foundation, and slab work, but not the garage. <br />This is permissible, however, the City would suggest that a temporary screen (fence) be placed <br />along your south property line. <br /> <br />With regard to the site plan and your Setback Permit application, the City requests that a revised <br />plan be submitted next week prior to the hearing (Thursday, September 7) that indicates the <br />storm water drainage direction and how the proposed driveway would match into the existing <br />driveway. Giver the requirements of the Setback Permit process, it can be assumed that roof <br />gutters on the addition will be required. <br /> <br />I have included a copy of the hearing notice for your information and records, as well as a map <br />of who was notified. Should the request be approved, there is a 10 day appeal waiting period, <br />You can talk to your neighbors and have them sign their notice or a separate document indicating <br />they support your request and will not appeal the City's decision.
