September 7. 2000. at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Mr. George Paige, 3000 Manson Street, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a 14 foot by 24 foot (336 square foot) attached garage addition 2-115 feet into <br />the required 10 foot side yard (south) setback. The Permit being requested is for the <br />, allowance of a 7-115 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
