The request is to allow the house addition to be constructed between the existing <br />house and the existing garage three feet in,to the required 30 corner side yard (south) <br />setback. The Permit being requested is for the allowance ofa27-foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Perinit process allows adjacehtpropertyowne~~ the opportUnity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for theopporttinity to comment at the above~mentioned <br />hearing.
