September 7. 2000. at 3:30 p~m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandy Armbrust, 2200 DellwoodStreet, has petitioned fora Setback Permit to ailow the <br />construction of a 10-foot by 12~foot addition to the existing hornethat replaces t~e existing <br />breezeway. The request is to allow the house addition to be constructed between the existing <br />house and the existing garage three feet in,to the required 30 corner side yard (south) <br />setback. The Permit being requested is for the allowance ofa27-foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Perinit process allows adjacehtpropertyowne~~ the opportUnity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for theopporttinity to comment at the above~mentioned <br />hearing.
