The City Council created the Resiclential Solid Waste and Recycling Citizen Advisory Committee (RSWRCAC) this past summer, The Committee wants your feedback on the City's current practices related to recycling and solid waste. Your household was randomly selected as one of a number of people asked to give their opinion on these matters. In order for the results to represent the thinking of the people in Roseville, it is importarit that the Questionnaire be completed Any adult in your household can complete the survey. We estimate that it will take less than 20 minutes to complete. You may be assured of complete confidentiality. The questionnaire has an identif cation number for maiiing purposes only. We will check your name off the mailing Iist when your questionnaire is returned. Your name will never be placed on.the questionnaire. The results of this research will be made available to members of the Committee, the City Council and City staf£ Questioruiaires are returned to the University of Minnesota Center for Survey Research. The Center will assist the City in analyzing the information. A self-addressed stamped eilvelope is enclosed for your convenience. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
