The City Counei.l ereated the <br />Residential 5olid Waste and Recycling Citizen Advisory Committee (RSWRCAC) this <br />past suinmer. 1'he Committee wants your feedback on the City's current practices related <br />to recycling and solid waste. <br />Your household was randomly selected as one of a number of people asked to give their <br />opinion on these matters. In order for the results to represent the thinking of the people in <br />Roseville, it is important that the questionnaire be completed. Any adult in your <br />household can complete the survey. We estimate that it will take less than 20 minutes to <br />complete. <br />You may be assured of complete confidentiality. The questionnaire has an identification <br />number for mailing purposes only. We will check your apartment number off the mailing <br />list when your questionnaire is returned. Nothing identifying your name or address will <br />be placed on the questionnaire. The results of this research will be made available to <br />members of the Committee, the City Council and City staff. <br />Questionnaires are returned to the University of Minnesota Center for Survey Research. <br />The Center will assist the City in analyzing the information.
