D. 2001 <br />atJU:25 DclDckJ! <br />County RecDrder <br /> <br />COPy <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23rd day of October 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Kysylyczyn, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wiski; <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9828 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES FROM SECTION lOI6.22.Al (NON- <br />CONFORMITIES), SECTION 1016.16 (STRUCTURE DESIGN STANDARDS), <br />SECTION 1616.16 (STRUCTURE DESIGN STANDARDS), AND SECTION 1004.02DS <br />(DWELLING DIMENSIONS AND APPEARANCES AND HEIGHT, FRONTAGE, YARD <br />AND LOT AREA REQUIREMENYTS IN R-l DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 382 NORTH McCARRONS BOULEVARD <br />(pF3266) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section lOll6.22Al (Non-Conformities) stipulates that non-conformities <br />can continue but are subject to applicable State Statutes and City Ordinance regarding <br />alterations, repair after damage, discontinuance of use, and intensification of use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 382 North McCarrons Boulevard and is legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />The northerly 2200feet of the East 1/2 of Northwest 1/4, also <br />Northerly 428feet of Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, also the <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwe:st 1/4 all in Section 13, Township 29, <br />Range 23, except that part of the North 400 feet of said Northwest <br />1/4 of said section 13, Township 29, Range 23, lying Easterly of the <br /> <br />1 <br />
