<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of June 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10004 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR FAMILY ACADEMY <br />CHARTER SCHOOL AT 3000 HAMLINE AVENUE (pF 3392). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy Charter School has requested an interim use permit to <br />allow the installation of a temporary modular classroom south of the school portion of Advent <br />Lutheran Church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy and Advent Lutheran Church are located at 3000 Hamilne <br />Avenue and legally described at as: <br /> <br />The west four hundred thirty-eight (W 438) feet of Government Lot three (3) except the South <br />one thousand (S. 1 000) feet thereof, Section three (3), Township twenty nine (29) North, Range <br />twenty-three (23) West, lying South of the North boundary of Josephine Road (PIn # <br />032923130077). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section lOl2.09A and B stipulated the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy proposes to install a 56 foot by 72 foot (4,032 sq. ft.) <br />temporary modular facility for use a classroom space in the grass area south of the principal <br />structure and east of the parking lot adjacent to Hamline Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />interim use permit request of Family Academy and recommended (5-0) to approve the request, <br />based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated 6/05/02. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Family <br />Academy and interim use permit consistent with Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City <br />Code based on the comments and findings in Section 5 of the project report dated June 17,2002, <br />and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1 <br />
