<br />a. The interim use permit is limited to the same duration of time as the IUP issued in <br />October of 200 1 or and expiration date of September 24, 2004. The interim use <br />permit will be reviewed administratively on an annual basis on the anniversary <br />date of the resolution granting by the City Council, with a staff compliance report <br />submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council annually, and within 120 <br />days of expiration of the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />h. The Interim Use Permit shall become null and void after 27 months of operation <br />unless the applicant reapplies for a future interim use permit 120 days prior to the <br />permit expiration date. <br /> <br />c. The Interim Use Permit is limited to the use as a temporary classroom (four) <br />facility by Family Academy. <br /> <br />d. The modular classroom facilities must be removed within 30 days if the use as a <br />temporary classroom is discontinued. <br /> <br />e. Provision of a fire alarm system with strobe lights in each of the four classrooms. <br /> <br />J. The modular classroom building be skirted and include a ramp for handicapped <br />access. <br /> <br />g. The temporary modular classroom structure and the previously approved <br />temporary modular office structure must be painted to blend with the brick <br />exterior of Advent Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />h. All trash and recycling containers shall meet Section 1010.11 C of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br /> <br />i. Provision of a minimum of two restroom facilities within the modular structure, <br />pumped and sanitized, meeting city, and state Health, Building, and Plumbing <br />Code requirements. <br /> <br />j. The Interim Use Permit being null and void after 6 months should Family <br />Academy not receive the necessary permits through the Roseville Community <br />Development Department. <br /> <br />k. The Interim Use Permit and any extension are subject to any conditions <br />recommended by the Commission and approved by the Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
