October 12.2000. at 3:30 p.m.. in the <br />Roseville Citv Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Sally A. Bushhouse, 2737 Lakeview Avenue, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a new concrete driveway to replace the existing driveway which is 3.5 feet from <br />the northern property line. The request requires a one and one-half foot encroachment into the <br />required five-foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
