Maximum <br />Total Surface Area: Including detached accessory structures, principle structures, <br />pavement surfaces (asphalt. concrete and/or brick. stone or other paver), the total <br />impervious surface on f! eaeh residential lot or parcel shall not exceed thirty percent <br />f30%t of the total lot or parcel size. <br /> <br />Height: Accessory buildings shall not exceed one story or fifteen feet (15) in height and <br />the wall height shall not exceed Bine feet (9) in height. The overall height of an aeeessory <br />building shall not exceed the overall height of the principal residential stnIctur'6 on the <br />parcel.
