Gordon Beseth, Chief Cade Enforcement Officer, and I have inspected the site to determi.ne compliance with the existing special use permit conaitions, and have found several areas of noncompliance. The conditions attached to the special use permit are as follows: 1) That the City� of Roseville be permitted unlimited access to the City park located adjac:ent to the Margolis property across the northerly 460' of the Margolis property. 2) That a chain link fence be constructed around the above-ground growing area immediately, and tha�t the in-ground growin g area be fenced by September 1, 1976. 3) That no retail sales be permitted. 4) That the southwest corner of the equipment storage area be l�cated 60 feet north of the south property line and 60 feet east of the west property line, and thG�.t the total equipment storage area be limited to an area 180 feet by 8� feet, and that the equipment storage area be screened from view on the south and east, with permanent plantings along Galtier. Conditions 1 and 3 have been complied with. E. Condition 2 has been complied with, excet�t that a section of the fance on the soizth- east�rly corner of the site is in disrepair. °1'he equipment storage area is larger than is specified in condition 4. The existing equipment storage area is approximately 1b0 feet by 130 feet. It appears the existing trees at the south end of Galtier provide adequatE: screening of the equipment storage area during the summer months. In addition to the conditions placed on the approval of the special use permit, Margolis Brothers Comp any is also responsible for using the site in accordance with the plan submitted with the application for special use permit. The actual screenin g and the actual location of structures and materials on the site do not comply with the plan in several instances.
