Toward this objective, we have met with Mr. Margolis and Terry Jacobs, one of on January 4, 11, and 18, :1984. These meetings�resultedCine�hechitec�s, of an Fxisting Site Usage Plan, a Pro Preparation state��,Lnt of action agre�ment consistingeofsnineUsage Plan, and a written drawings and the statement are attached for the Council's review.�� hP�e The Existing Site Usage Plan (prepared at our r.equest) illustrates some af the principal problems and concerns: 1. Th� plan illustratFS the location af an employee parking area outside of the scre�ened area to the north. This parking was never authorized a�; a part af the ariginal permit� and was supposed to occur ,inJide the screEn fenced area. 2. There are two stoxage semi-trailers parked outside the screen fence area at the southwest carner of the site. These ��ere not autl�orized in the original permit. 3. The screen parking area was constructed ten (10) feet high but �herc is several feet of space under the fence not comp3.eted. This produces a very strange appearance, particularly froc7 Lar�enteur Avenue, and is contrary to the original agreement. This fenced area was authorized ta be 180 fe�t by 120 teet ii7 width. It is actually constructed ut 128 feet in width. We suggest this is not a major concern. r�
