EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Wednesday, December 13,2000 at 6:30p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3276 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL AMENDMENT AND REVISION TO THE 2000 ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVISING THE TEXT AND LAND USE MAP DESIGNATIONS OF THE EXISTING PLAN ORIGIN ALL Y ADOPTED IN 1994, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Acts of 1976 and 1996 the City of Roseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville, in 1994 and 1997, adopted a plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed and approved by the Metropolitan council; and WHEREAS, in addition to project amendments since the 1994 adoption, the Planning Commission annually has held public hearings to update and reaffirm the Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has published legal notice and invited comment from the community regarding the annual Comprehensive Plan reaffirmation; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville hereby recommends approval and adoption of the 2000 amendments (and appendices and adoptions by reference) to the City ofRoseville Comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and comments of the Plan by the Metropolitan Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. o
