<br />5.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 Open the public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan and 2001 Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP) affirmation, request public comments on both and on the inclusion of the <br />updates/changes recommended by staff regarding the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />5.2 By motion, advise the Council, that after review of the Plan and the CIP, the 2001 CIP is <br />consistent with the Roseville Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />5.3 Offer a resolution to affirm the 2000 changes and revised reformat, officially include the <br />changes in the Plan, and recommend approval of the 2000 Comprehensive Plan to the City <br />Council for consideration at their January 8, 2001 meeting, within the public hearing section of <br />the Council agenda. <br /> <br />Report by: Thomas Pasthke (490-2236) <br />Attachments: Outline of Text Revisions; Revised Zoning and Comprehensive Plan maps (January 8, 2001); CIP Program <br />excerpts <br />60-Day Time Limit: Not applicable. <br /> <br />PF 3276 - RPCA (12/13/00) - Page 4 of 4 <br />
