<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that action on the
<br />1990 Budget be continued to the September 11, 1989
<br />regular City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Mary Mother of
<br />Mercy and Good Hope Shelter, Inc. request for renewal
<br />of their Class "A" gambling license at 2555 N.
<br />Snelling Avenue (Knights of Columbus Hall) be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: Johnson.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that The Military Order
<br />of the Cootie Auxiliary, Pup Tent No.1, request for
<br />exemption from State gambling license requirements to
<br />hold a fund raiser on January 21, 1990, at 1145 Wood-
<br />hill Drive (Roseville V.F.W.) be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Change Order No.
<br />1 for 1989 Contract D, in the amount of $13,071.00, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,

<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 8496,
<br />authorizing the Public Works Director to issue permits
<br />for monitoring wells, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Berger Trans-
<br />fer's request far the City of Roseville to enter into
<br />a Subordination Agreement with First National Bank be'
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.
