<br />, .' <br /> <br />3404255 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The proposed principal garage addition shall be set back a minimum of five feet from <br />the northeast (side) property line and set back a minimum of seven and one half feet <br />from the southeast (front) property line. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />All roof drainage created by the addition and existing attached garage must be <br />collected in gutters and channeled to the natural drainage way within the applicant's <br />property (northeast). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Because of the size of the variances being granted, no other accessory building or tool <br />shed shall be permitted on the property, except that a water oriented accessory <br />structure could be allowed per Section 10 16.17C of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The property owner shall provide the City with a landscape plan that addresses the <br />interests of the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kysylyczyn, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />fI_ <br />o <br />
