The City began its research of <br />the Official Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and other applicable records related to the subject property <br />and have compiled specific information regarding site conformity. <br /> <br />On April 13, 2000, the City received a fax letter regarding four specific items related to the subject site <br />development. The City has completed it review of applicable records for the four items and compiled the <br />requested information. <br /> <br />The following are the City ofRoseville's comments: <br /> <br />J. The property at 2700 Snelling Avenue North has a zoning designation ofBl, Limited Business <br />District. This zoning district does allow business and professional offices, which is consistent with <br />the current uses that occupy the structure. <br /> <br />2. A review of the submitted survey for 2700 Snelling Avenue North concludes conformance with all <br />applicable structure and off-street parking setback requirements. <br />
