Mr. Thomas Paschke City Planner City of Roseville 2660 Civic Center Drive Roseville, Minnesota 55113 RE: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Dear Mr. Paschke: The proposed charitable bingo hall is similar to the one that was across the street in the Knights of Columbus building except for my upgrades being proposed. The facility will be used by the same 4 charities as were in the old facility. The facility will be completely upgraded, as can be seen in the enclosed plans. This will include new bathrooms, carpet, paint and a new HVAC system. The facility, will seat approximately 180 people with an average attendance per session anticipated at 120 people. This is based on their past experience. The sessions are mostly in the evening and on weekends with some mid-day sessions occurring during the week. The facility has parking on both sides of the building with most on the west side. The east side facing Snelling Avenue is where the handicapped parking will be. There are 3 entrances/exits from the parking lots, as can be seen in the enclosed print. There are 123 total parking stalls. The exits are clearly marked for traffic to go towards Snelling Avenue. In order to have this occur, the charities will have a security guard directing traffic to go towards Snelling. Whether people will follow their direction, I do not know, but I am sure the security guard will help. Traffic flow going out should be pretty easy given the times the sessions are held.
