We apologize for the delay in <br />responding and request consideration of the following comments prior to further development: <br /> <br />. A Mn/DOT storm water drainage permit may be required for this project. In order to determine this <br />we need to review hydraulic computations and drainage area maps showing existing and proposed <br />conditions along with addressing 10 and 100-year storms. Existing drainage patterns and rates of <br />runoff affecting Mn/DOT right of way must be perpetuated. The sites storm water discharge rate <br />must not increase. If you have any questions regarding Mn/DOT - Metro Division's drainage <br />concerns please contact Brett Troyer in our Water Resource Engineering section at (651) 634-2081. <br /> <br />. As a reminder, no work will be allowed within Mn/DOT right of way. If you have any questions <br />about such issues please contact Keith VanWagner in our Permits section at (651) 582-1443. <br /> <br />This letter represents only the transportation concerns of Mn/DOT Metro Division. Other environmental <br />concerns may have been or will be forwarded to you in a separate letter.
