<br />additional traffic and air quality analysis information showing that air quality
<br />standards would not be violated without completion of the roadway improvements
<br />assumed in the previous analyses, dated March 8, 2001;

<br />14. a letter from Mr. Hesse, on behalf of the first permittee, to Mr. Eyoh, providing minor
<br />modifications to and uses square footages proposed for the project, dated
<br />May 18, 2001; and

<br />15. a facsimile from Mr. Hesse, on behalf of the first permittee, to Mr. Eyoh, containing a
<br />resolution from the second permittee's City Council, issuing a negative Declaration
<br />Decision on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement for the project, dated
